Our urgent care clinics treat a wide range of non emergency conditions, including flu, COVID 19, strep throat, sinus and ear infections, bronchitis, UTIs, stomach viruses, pink eye, allergies, minor fractures, sprains, burns, and lacerations requiring stitches. We also offer physicals, immunizations, on-site X ray, EKG, and full service lab testing.

Yes. Southern Immediate Care partners with employers across Alabama to provide occupational medicine services, including DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, drug and alcohol screening, workers compensation injury care, and return to work evaluations. Employers interested in a corporate account can contact their nearest location directly.

Urgent care is the right choice for non life threatening conditions that still need prompt attention, such as minor injuries, infections, fevers, rashes, and common illnesses. For severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, or major trauma, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Urgent care visits are typically much faster and less expensive than an ER visit.
